You are not granted any intellectual property rights in or to our Softwares by implication, estoppel or other legal theory, and all rights in and to our Softwares not expressly granted in this Agreement are hereby reserved and retained by Sri Mookambika Infosystems.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION i.e., DIET PLAN & RESULT AND YOUR FOOD DATA

The result can be stored in 'Excel' format in user computer.
Though the 'Save Option' is there for 'Diet Plan' in the software, for security reason if the user don't want to save in the software then 'Result' only can be saved in the user computer as 'Excel' file. User can delete the 'Diet Plan' after saving the result in 'excel' from Our Software.
The user food data is entered in the our Softwares and the user can solve the 'Diet Plan' with that 'Food Data'. Suppose for security reason if the user don't want the data in the software then it can be done by deleting the user's own entire 'Food Data'. Thus the security of your 'Food Data' and the "Diet Plan" and Result is your responsibility only. 'Sri Mookambika Infosystems' assumes no responsibility for the user 'Food Data', "Diet Plan " and Result.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION AND VENUE
