Nutriadder is a software that helps in arriving at the total of Nutrient and Pyramid Food Group values in a Diet Plan.

Based on the foods chosen for a Diet, from the database Nutriadder computes the total values of Nutrient & Pyramid Food Group along with % Satisfied and Displays these values in Result table and in Graphical form.

The values displayed change as and when a food item is Added / Deleted and changing serving quantities of the foods.

By Changing the quantities of chosen Foods or by Adding New Foods rich in those specific Nutrient / Pyramid Food Group the recommended values of Nutrients and Pyramid Food Group in a Diet can be achieved

As Pyramid Food Group values are available in the Result user can easily identify which food is to be added to satisfy the Recommended values.

For a specific Calorie requirement, if we take Foods as per Dietary Guidelines (which recommends the quantity of Food from each Pyramid Food Group ) the RDA of the Nutrients will be met.
